Registration is required for all participants and is mandatory for speakers. Participants wishing to present a talk or poster must submit their contribution during the registration process.

Complete the registration form

Click the Registration button below and complete the form with your personal and academic information before making the payment.

Submit your talk or poster

During registration, you will be asked whether you intend to present a poster or give a 20-minute talk. You must provide the title, abstract, and corresponding LaTeX source prepared using the official template.

Wait for confirmation and make the payment

You will receive a confirmation email after your registration data have been received. After that, use the Payment button below to pay the registration fee.

Fee exemption: Students without scholarships may request exemption from the registration fee. These requests will be considered individually and handled by email.
